Registration:
An annual nonrefundable registration fee of $100 is required to secure your child’s spot at Next Generation Kidz Early Childhood Learning Inc. Additionally, the first week’s tuition must be paid before your child starts.
Tuition Schedule:
- Tuition is due every Monday through the Brightwheel app.
- Parents can pay in advance on Friday for the following week.
- A late fee of $10.00 per day per child will be applied to delayed payments.
Additional Enrollment Information
- Registration guarantees your child’s enrollment, but the fee is nonrefundable.
- Tuition fees are based on enrollment, not attendance.
- Families with more than one child attending the center receive a 10% discount on tuition.
- Operating expenses continue regardless of your child’s attendance, including sickness, vacations, holidays, or suspensions.
- Next Generation Kidz Early Childhood Learning Inc welcomes children under twelve without discrimination based on sex, race, color, ethnic background, or religion.
Upon joining, parents and new students will be taken on a facility tour and provided with a registration application. Forms must be completed and updated promptly for emergency purposes. If there are changes to your name, address, phone number, or emergency contacts, please fill out a new form.
Enrollment options include full-time and part-time schedules. Children typically start on a Monday to help them adjust to the new environment and routines.
New Families/New Student Orientation
Every new enrollee must undergo an orientation with their parents. The orientation includes:
- Meeting all staff involved in their child’s care.
- Touring the facilities, including classrooms and playground.
- Receiving information on community services (e.g., health care, translation, financial assistance).
- Meeting with the director or assigned lead teacher to discuss the child’s needs, characteristics, and cultural background.
- Reviewing and receiving a copy of the Parent Handbook.
